Visual Artifacts
I make sketch-notes that are my visual takeaways from talks and sessions I've attended. They're personal snapshots of ideas, quotes and opinions that resonated with me, in the moment, or sometimes after.
My strengths as a designer
Designers take on a lot of different hats as they move through design process. These are 4 strengths that I believe I have ,
I analyze problems with different lenses
My favorite parts of design process and problem solving are examining and analyzing the problem from different lenses, using different frameworks to uncover insights.
Visual thinking,
I sketch—a lot
I use sketching and diagramming as a thinking tool. This helps me work through the problem at hand and see connections that otherwise might remain hidden. It’s a tool I use to give form to the intangible.
Collaboration and Ideation
Team-work may not always be the easiest, but I remain consistent in my belief that some of my best ideas have occurred in collaboration.
I find working through problems in collaboration with people from different disciplines and point of view very thrilling.
